Good location near public transport and dining options.

My stay was overshadowed by limited housekeeping, as only one full cleaning occurred during my week-long visit. Additionally, the carpet in my room trapped dirt and crumbs, making it look unsightly. Lastly, the staff had difficulty communicating in English, which added to the frustration of my experience.

Had a comfy stay with a nice washing machine, which was great for my family. It was relaxing to enjoy free coffee in the lobby and unwind in the cozy atmosphere of our room. Just a heads up, there wasn’t any housekeeping during our three nights, but it didn’t really spoil our fun! ☕️

The location was a game changer for us. we were just a short walk from Tanukikoji shopping street and local restaurants. Odori subway station was super close. We enjoyed the comfort of having a kitchenette, washing machine, and complimentary drinks in the welcoming lobby. Everything kept in our room was spotless, and the Japanese breakfast featured delicious options to start the day. However, I wish the night staff’s English proficiency was better for smoother communication.

The location is prime, just a quick walk to shopping areas, and the bedroom is spacious with a comfortable bed. Having a washing machine in the room was a huge convenience during my travels. Positively, the lobby offers unlimited Georgia coffee, but there was limited housekeeping and no carpet vacuuming during my stay. Breakfast had a good selection, yet it would have been better with more variety in the dining options.
